  • To begin your experience with Baidoo Photography, simply reach out through our website or social platforms. Once your preferred date and session details are confirmed, a deposit is required to formally secure your booking. We advise scheduling in advance to ensure availability.

  • Baidoo Photography works with a team of skilled and creative professionals. Your session will be handled by an experienced photographer (and team, if required) dedicated to capturing your story with precision and creativity.

  • We are based in Washington DC, USA but we are available to travel for shoots across and internationally. Travel and accommodation costs may apply for locations outside USA

  • We typically arrive before your event starts to set up and prepare:

    • Weddings: 1 hour before

    • Events: 30–45 minutes before
      This ensures we capture every important moment from the beginning.

  • Our coverage depends on the package you select. If your event runs longer than planned, additional hourly charges may apply unless arranged beforehand

  • The number of photographers depends on your chosen package. For large events, we recommend having more than one photographer to ensure full coverage.

  • Yes. After booking, we’ll schedule a consultation (virtual or in person) to discuss your vision, expectations, and event details.

  • We may feature selected photos on our website or social media platforms. If you prefer privacy, kindly inform us in advance.

  • Unedited photos are images taken directly from the camera without any adjustments. They show the natural, untouched moments captured during your event.

  • Edited photos: Basic adjustments like color correction, brightness, and cropping

    • Retouched photos: Advanced enhancements such as skin smoothing, detail refinement, and creative styling for a polished finish

  • No. You will receive all selected images with standard edits, and a limited number of retouched images based on your package. Additional retouching can be requested at an extra cost.

    • Preview/unedited images: within a few days

    • Final edited gallery: within 2–4 weeks

    • Videos (if applicable): may take longer depending on the package

    Delivery timelines may vary depending on workload and project complexity.

  • A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery of your photos.

  • Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Please review our terms before booking.
